Laura Crawford

Laura started training ballet at the age of 10 at Cameron Ballet Academy. From there, she went on to place in large competitions such as PACANZ, The Sir John Logan Campbell Awards and was a semi finalist at The Alana Haines Awards where she then received a scholarship to Australia.

After training in the Gold Coast, Laura moved closer to home and finished her studies at the New Zealand School of dance where she had the opportunity to travel and represent the school in Tahiti and other competitions nation wide. She also performed as the lead in her second year graduation.

Laura hopes to be able to pass on her passion and love for ballet to the students and hopes they enjoy taking her classes just as much as she loves teaching them. Her teaching style is modern yet classic and Laura strives to create a fun, safe and creative environment for her students.
